When baby could sit unassisted and was showing interest in what I was eating.
At 6 months but it took a while for him to be interested and actually eat
Six months and six days. After his six months visit that day. Though maybe with the next one wait a little bit. Not sure ( don't have a next one yet )
6 months exactly, I can rest safe in the knowledge that any health problems she develops later in life won't be because I weaned too early. First food was broccoli & carrots.
6 months he was ready to.eat
6 months
I started closer to their 6 month mark and would make them something like mashed sweet potatoes, avocados, blueberries, or bananas. Each individually. Then, when they were a little more used to eating solids, I introduced rice and beans and would mash it to feed
5 months only tastes even though she was ready and curious and could sit up on her own
5 months regular food.
6 months. Solids! First foods were avocado and mashed black beans
Mashed potatoes! They are soft, filling and easy on their tummies!
Or chicken broth or miso miso in their bottles!! that ones easy!!
a note, CDC advised against putting anything in a baby's bottle other than milk or formula milk That being said, you can always spoon feed watered down chicken broth ( it's often high in sodium unless you make it yourself from a whole chicken and a stock pot )
He was a consistent weight till he thinned a little bit at 4 months so I gave him cream cheese for a few days before I started baby food
