Ugh just hang in there, my baby is almost 5 months and she just started waking up once or twice a night again instead of so ofter. It should be over soon!! The only thing that helped us was knowing she doesn't need to eat every time so we would get up, adjust her, put our hand on her and try shushing her or give her a binky and we were able to extend her sleep and then after 3-4 hours we know we can feed her. It will pass, promise!!

Try the magic Merlin sleeping suit!! I know I was a skeptic myself when I would see people say this, but it really is magic. We went from 3-4 wake ups a night, to just 1 IMMEDIATELY the first night. And last night he slept all the way through the night after just 1 week with the suit. My LO does a lot of Moro reflex still, kicking about at night and waking himself up, so it was an excellent purchase for us.
In my limited experience, I find that parents see a change they don't like and say "help! How do I fix this?" And they try everything to do so...but by that time the baby has changed again. They change so much and it might seem like 2 weeks is a long time for a habit it's really not in the grand scheme. Since you're not at work yet I just advise taking it day by day, go easy on yourself and try to nap when babe does. It will all be different next month anyway 😅
We are in the 4 month regression too. After lots of googling…Last night we tried setting a timer for 5 mins every time he woke up… one of the times he settled on his own and the others were much faster with the pacifier. Everyone keeps reassuring me that it will pass
