Very few towards the end. But from about 30 weeks I could only sit up for about 20 minutes at a time. Take it all gently and listen to your body and only do what you feel comfortable with
I'm 24 weeks and get maybe 5000 most days. I don't make an effort to get more but I feel like my toddler keeps me active enough.
I’m managing like 2000 on average during weekdays and I have a desk based job. Weekends are more 8000-10000 depending on what I’m doing. But I just don’t have the energy during the weekdays by the time I finish work!
