If you don’t mind me asking, how much weight did you have to lose? I’ve put on a lot of weight and I’m scared it will affect my fertility. I’m 16st and my BMI is 33.5 which is obese 😳😓😓 x
@Jenny I was going through fertility which helped, however I lost a stone and went down to 16stone but I have pcos also which was a big factor in why I couldn’t conceive x
