Anything with eggs - omelettes, dippy eggs, scrambled, boiled, eggy bread, egg muffins Overnight oats - can be eaten anytime not just for breakfast Leftovers of last nights dinner. I never manage to do this but I’ve read if you separate out the leftovers when you plate up the evening meal it means you don’t end up eating it that night xx
We do salmon and veggies for easy ones and definitely scrambled eggs with some side of veggies x
Really simply would be beans on toast or cheesy jacket potato, tuna sweetcorn and mayo pasta, homemade soups, wraps or pinwheels
