Wouldn’t worry. Especially if she has wet diapers. That means she’s getting more than enough fluid. Try constantly suctioning her nose. Remember we wouldn’t want to eat either if we can’t smell
As long as they have wet and dirty diapers consistently with what is normal for them, it's okay. For the cold, babies tend to not like it, but saline drops, then suctioning the nose helps a lot. Tylenol if need be for fever. If she gets shortness of breath, wheezing, difficulty breathing, lips turning blue, but is not cold, those are emergencies, and a visit to the ER is necessary. Same if she stops eating completely or shows signs of dehydration. Fever is not an emergency unless it's very high or won't break for 24+ hours with medication.

I wouldn't worry as long as they are having wet and dirty nappies. When we are sick we also eat less food compared to when we're well. My little girl also had a cold and she didn't drink as much when she was sick.
