Fertility Drops

Has anyone tried Peak Performance Fertility Drops? I started a week ago on it but I’m not sure if it actually works. I miscarried in May and have been trying to conceive.

Are you taking them along side a good prenatal/q10/omegas DHA/EPA etc?

I’m taking them with my prenatal

@Kanishia that’s good. The ingredients are a natural supplement that are an added bonus. They sound good when considering overall health don’t they 😊

Is it safe for my partner to take as well? We just want to make sure we’re both covered

@Kanishia is say so, it’s all natural ingredients. Have a google but I don’t see why not.

Im so sorry - that is a hard road (and one I’ve traveled too). Im not sure about the other herbs in this - but there is really mixed evidence on Raspberry Leaf Tea and Red Clover - including some studies that say they can actually lead to miscarriage. I would avoid… most of this stuff seems like snake oil trying to take advantage of us when we’re at our most desperate. That being said, I ended up doing 2 rounds of IvF/embryo retrieval. Partner and I both started taking Co-Q-10 and I think it really did make an impact on our embryo quality and quality. So if you feel you need to take something, maybe give that a try? https://ormfertility.com/coq10-for-fertility/

@Alexis do you mind me asking where you got your coq10 from and the brand x

@Cazz we got ours from Theralogix. https://theralogix.com/products/neoq10-coenzyme-q10-supplement

@Cazz q10 should be as ubiquinol. The link Alex shared notes this in the ingredients list you’ll notice.

@Yog https://amzn.eu/d/cU8kz3w I was recommend these from someone on Peanut x

@Cazz that’s slightly different to ubiquinol. I don’t know much about the difference only that it’s oxidised. It Starts With The Egg recommends ubiquinol as being the best and you can also get that one from Amazon if you decide to go with that :)
