I never felt anything truly telling until I already knew I was pregnant. Implantation doesn’t happen until 6-12dpo so any symptoms before then are the normal reactions to your hormones preparing the lining of your uterus. I had terrible morning sickness, which was all day long, but it didn’t start until a week or 2 after my missed period and even longer than my actual positive test (8dpo) Same with tender breasts and everything else.
My second pregnancy same thing.
I’m 5 days dpo today and I’ve been cramping all day and my lower back is in pain too. It could just be normal but my back hasn’t hurt this much in a while
With my first about 10 days dpo my breast were KILLING me , I tested positive 13 dpo
