This is wild catfish and wild shrimp from Florida seasoned with Cajun and citrus blend dipped in egg yolk double battered in Louisiana classic which I also seasoned, fried in pure grapeseed oil…not too salty just right…this is my man’s plate…even my 4 yr old loved it

yes I lovve Catfish is my #1 then is whiting, snapper…but no sides love lol I had made some green beans with smoked turkey but did not want to pair it with the fish…usually I make grits though but since trying to get healthy I cut down on that but it’s sooo good!…what sides you be making?

Yesss I usually make it with grits as well or with home Fries and salad or pigeon peas and rice with cabbage and potato salad 😋🤤😂 or white rice with sweet peas. All fattening! 😂
