Is it bad to eat a lot of sodium and calories while pregnant

I’ve been eating a lot of sodium and calories while pregnant. I’m scared that I might lose the baby from eating to much of it. Someone help me.

You won’t lose the baby from eating too much of almost anything. Alcohol is a no go but you won’t necessarily have a miscarriage because of it. But it’s not always the healthiest to have a ton of sodium or eat way to many calories for your body. So just try to eat healthier and you’ll be fine

Eat whatever you can eat. I always say I grew my twins with Mcdonalds triple cheeseburgers and cherry coke 🤣

Eat what you can eat. Try to get enough protein and water.

I don’t think it can hurt your baby. When I was pregnant I craved and ate a LOT of very salty unhealthy foods and my baby came out very healthy! My OB was just happy I was able to eat through the nausea lol

Yeah. I mean that’s generally not good even when you’re not pregnant.

You wont lose your baby over salt and calories though
