Don’t know what’s going on

The last two nights my little one is not going back to sleep at her normal 10-11pm. Instead she has been drinking about 8-10 ounces of formula (Enfamil AR added rice) and still cry as if she is hungry. Since she’s only 4 months I try not to give her more milk. She will not take a pacifier. I get her teething toys and she’ll lick/bite on it for a little then continue crying. It’s not until I give her boob and it’s almost 12:30-1am that she finally goes back down. Before these last two nights I was giving her a different formula and adding the baby rice cereal to it. But since the previous formula is not on my wic benefits I switched to the Enfamil AR that is on it. Could it be the formula? Do I need to add the rice cereal to this one too even though it has added rice? Or is it teething? Any tips or advice would be appreciated

They go through different sleep patterns honestly. Routines are gonna change so much. You really get comfortable with it and then it changes out of nowhere. My baby girl is almost 4 months and she likes to wake up at 12 and be up for an hour for no reason and that’s after she drinks 6 ounce bottle. it definitely sucks but it’s just a part of their growth patterns. you can definitely check her gums and see if they’re irritated that could be a sign of teething and get her some soothing gel, but they’re so different at this age that it just comes with the territory. She also is on enfamil the gentle ease. I usually do a little tummy time with her when she’s awake at night and that usually tires her out.

So my baby was somewhat doing this but she had a lactose sensitivity so we had her on similac sensitivite. But then she started projectile vomiting as well eventually so I switched her to the enfamil AR but it was upsetting her poor tummy. She would just cry and cry after EVERY feeding like she was still hungry but wasn’t pooping and just seemed uncomfortable so her dr switched her to enfamil gentle ease. And it has helped SO MUCH. She feeds and gets full enough and doesn’t cry after feeding anymore, stopped having acid reflux and it’s still sensitive for lactose sensitivite tummies. Maybe talk to the dr about trying that🤷🏼‍♀️

Have you tried gripe water? The Mommy’s Bliss brand makes a night time one that helps baby sleep. My little one was like that at 2 months, starting the gripe water, and occasional gas drops, helped a ton
