Postpartum belly

Hi Ladies! This is my belly 4 months postpartum. It wasn't as bad 1 year ago when I had my first baby and both my kids, especially the second one were super heavy (9,5 and 10 pounds). I have started running 1 month ago and did 2 exercises for distaste recti so far I'd like to know 1.If this is normal after 4 months of birth 2.if the loose skin will go back 3. If the belly will improve with time or something can be done, and if yes, what? Have you tried firming gels for postpartum loose skin? If so, did it help? Please share any advice❤️
