Thank you so much! Really appreciate this. I think I’m finding it a bit tricky because she’s waking at different times and her naps are varying in length so finding it tricky to stick to a schedule x
6/7 - wake up (was 5/6 not sure why I sometimes get a little extra sleep 8 - porridge and solids for breakfast 10- nap (if she is showing signs before this time I put her down, she’ll nap for an hour 12 - lunch (solids) 2/3 - nap for an hour again 5- dinner (solids) 7- 9oz cows milk bottle 7:30 ish bed I only let her nap an hour each nap because I find she sleeps better through the night. Her wake windows are usually 3-4 hours long. But if we go out for the day the routine goes a bit out of sync, as in she won’t nap for as long or sometimes longer due to car journey x
7/7:30 wake up and BF 8/8:30 breakfast 9:45/10 Fruit and cracker snack 10/10:30 nap 1 11:45/12 lunch 2/2:30 - nap 2 (awake by 3:30) 4/5 - tea Bath 6:30/7 BF and bedtime 7/7:30 I occasionally BF before or after nap 2 depending how lunch lunch was eaten and some days give a snack after nap 2 if tea is towards 5pm x
My Lb usually wakes around 6/6:30 so we do breakfast around 7 and a bottle after, he’ll nap then 9-11 and a bottle when he wakes up, he’ll have lunch about 12:30 then nap 2-4 and he’ll have a bottle when he wakes up. Dinner at 5:30 then a bottle before he goes to bed around 7/7:30. In his wake windows we always try and go out for a walk/to town but that’s wether depending so might just do some activities in the house or maybe soft play x
