Christmas gift ideas

Hi mamas, Please can anyone suggest affordable christmas gift ideas I can get for our neighbours. They were really good to us when baby was born. We received gifts from them and they came visiting when we came back from hospital. Would like to get them a lil gift for Christmas but have no idea what to get. For reference, neighbour is an elderly woman.She should be around 60 years and above. Please share ideas of what you are getting friends/ family for Christmas
