Just know you are not alone and it might be tough now but you will get through it! Even at times when negative thoughts creep in try give yourself positive self affirmation and tell your self you will be ok! If you can please speak to trusted friends or family this might help! But sending you hugs and know that things will get better! Xx

Get a therapist- it’s nice to be able to have someone to unload on
