Thank you chantelle no I've not had shortness of breath . I think I might book a gps appt I just feel they are usually a waste of time 🙈 . I had bloods taken years ago as I was convinced I had a thyroid problem or low iron was always exhausted but they came back fine then but your right I should probably get checked again for iron Thank you
I know how you feel about gps being a waste of time, before I became pregnant and I went to the gp to see why I was feeling dizzy and shortness of breath, the doctor said I just need to breathe🤣😭 that was the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard a gp say🙄 but yea probably best to push for what you need from them rather than not get checked at all, good luck I hope you figure out the problem soon so you can start sorting it☺️!!
I’m not sure about your periods making you feel different from usual, you could always get advice from your gp if it’s concerning you or if it continues, hormones within menstruation can change suddenly but a gp appointment/advice could put your mind at ease! The dizzy spells is what caught my attention though, as I had this feeling for a few years and the doctors were no help, I also had shortness of breath, but I would also feel super dizzy and light headed to the point I felt I would pass out if I didn’t sit down, it’s only because I became pregnant, that through blood tests they found my iron levels to be very low, so I would definitely recommend asking your gp for your iron levels to be checked as feeling dizzy is a very common symptom of low iron. Have you had shortness of breath with your dizzy spells? Hope you feel better soon!! ☺️☺️
