Sleep

Yup. Not a bad as half hour to an hour im so sorry that sucks but my little one is now waking up every 2 hours when she was sleeping almost 7 before and she has just turned 6 months. From what I have read it could be because they are learning a new skill or overcoming a development hurdle. I have tried to just give her loads of outside time in the day hoping the fresh air will knock her out at night, also unless she is extremely in distress I have left her to it to try and settle herself 🤞

@Trisha Harris every 2 hours is awful too! I'm praying for us both it's over soon lol x

My LO has been waking every hour for 11 weeks! I think she might be broken at this point 😩🤣

Yep! My LO is 6 months and it’s been happening since 4 months. I am exhausted and don’t know what else to do 😅😅

Yes same 🫠 I’m shattered. My fiancé sleeps through it all which broods resentment 😂 At the moment he’s still in the next to me, but I’ve said once he moves into a cot in his own bedroom, I will be nudging him awake to help with resettling him 😅

Every hour club here, literally is coffee IV a thing? They best come out ready to take over the world because the exhaustion is unreal 😭

This really pissed my yesterday. I literally started crying myself 😩 This is so worst.

Mine just won't sleep, night or day, max I get out of him is 2 hours and that's rare 😭😭

@Rowena my sons been doing it for about 11 weeks too! I thought it was the 4 month sleep regression, not so sure now
