Yes my little one is exactly the same and it’s teething, wish these teeth would show themselves though as it’s been going on for a few weeks on and off now 😅
Mine is just like this from teething too! She also has slightly sore and dry cheeks from the cold, but I've put a small amount of Vaseline on, and it's done the trick!

Yeah my little one was like that when she started teething. She had her first two bottom front teeth come through just before halloween at 6 months. Also look out for blowing bubbles/raspberrys, A LOT of dribbles, and wanting to chew EVERYTHING. Lol I didn't realise our LG's first tooth was coming through until one morning she grabbed my finger and gave it a chomp. And suddenly I felt something sharp in my finger... ❤️ was a special moment, ill never forget 🥰 Enjoy the easiness of the first 2/4 teeth... I've been told the rest are a lot more painful because of them being "blunt" teeth... not as sharp as the first ones at the front 😞 poor little bubbas For 3+ months, bonjela is amazing. Also calpol and any teethers you can find. I also use teething wipes, those are good x

Update-bottom 2 teeth have just cut!🫶🏻
Also the marks around her mouth are from her dummy🤣
