Honestly I need sleep😭

Recently moved the last month & since then my 3 year old just won’t sleep, it’s like having a newborn 💀 he shares a room now with his younger brother but literally every night he has me up about 3/4 times just screaming or crying and it’s impossible to settle him some nights with co sleeping! Any tips please would be super helpful 🫶🏻

I’m currently trying to get my 3 year old in her own bed and honestly I just let her cry it out. She only cries for 10 mins but I can understand it’s hard to do that when you don’t want home to wake up his brother. Keep persevering girl! It will happen eventually

Girl he cried for hours the other night literally he will just keep going, I’m honestly at a loss😭

New home do a cleansing. Bless the home. White sage the home. Maybe just need to get some old energy out and will help him sleep.
