It’s most likely just discharge, but it doesn’t hurt to check. They have swabs that test to see if it’s amniotic fluid or not.
I had a lengthy convo with my provider about this yesterday- an increase in discharge is completely normal. If it was your water breaking, then it would soak through a pad within 1-2 hours. Also, make sure baby is still moving as you'd expect. Always err on the side of checking in with your provider, since they know your case the best.
Thats just Discharge , no need to be worried. Im the same way (sorry tmi) its watery and creamy as well .
