LO bringing up breastmilk but not formula

My LO is 9 weeks old was exclusively breast fed for 5 days however due to severe jaundice, weight loss and low milk supply we began to combi feed which worked great however over the last 2 weeks she has been struggling to latch, really fussy on the boob. Keeping coming off every 10-20seconds and getting upset even though she’s asking for it and my supply has dropped so much so I’m not getting enough for a full feed so we are giving more formula, but she has now started to bring up my breastmilk quite soon after having and doesn’t seem happy. Bottle feeding- we have never had an issue with bottle feeding she has always taken so well to it, but again the last few weeks she’s starting clicking when drinking, milk is coming out the sides of her mouth and she takes in air or looses her latch. I read about lip and tongue ties and I think she has a lip tie, she also tucks her top lip under when feeding on the bottle. I really don’t want to give up bf but she’s so unhappy I don’t know what to do, my wearable pump has broken making trying to pump with an electric or manual hard when needing to get things done as she is also a Velcro baby.

I had this exact issue I was told they take themselves off and cry to stimulate the milk and increase supply (breastfeeding support told me). With brining up breast milk I changed feeding position to I believe it’s called the koala hold where she’s upright and that seemed to help a lot. But around 8 weeks she was so fussy I thought it was my supply but it wasn’t she was just trying to increase it, the other ways they do that is my massaging grabbing or hitting the boob it’s so frustrating and draining but it does get better. I still don’t understand why she kept down her formula and not the breast milk, the mind boggles
