My parents had separate bedrooms because of my father’s snoring and it seemed it work for them 🤷♀️
@V my grandparents were the same. They stayed married for over 50 years. iltsm.
I try to go to sleep first and if that doesn’t work, I shake him enough to get him to stop without waking up
I got ear plugs that help a lot. If he is having a bad night, i might move, but most nights are great now, and I don't hear him.
I sleep separately from my husband. He snores, is very tall and will kick! I’ve been kneed in the back, kicked. I’m a very light sleeper as well so anytime he got up for work, would wake me up. People thinks it’s weird but we both sleep better separately and has caused way less fights because we are both enjoy our sleep. I have baby in room with me and he gets to sleep through the night since he works. I think it’s a fair trade. Whatever works for you both to be happier in the marriage and sleep better, try it out!
My husband snores but he has sleep apnea so I have learned to just fall asleep to it using it as a sound to help me sleep
my husband does snore when he is tired or really sleepy or when a bit drunk
I’ve been sleeping separately since I got pregnant 2 years ago. I can’t ever go back to sharing a room with him lol I love my own space
My partner usually only snores if he's unwell or sleeping on his back. If he's unwell I deal with it, if he's on his back I'll shove him 😅
