Just spent ages pumping, feeding, settling etc for my 1 week old, and then my cat brought in a mouse so I’ve been chasing that around the living room at 4am 😅😂
Took me nearly 5 hours from 830 to change feed and settle my little one. Second night in a row like thus and I cannot take it. She's just turned 3 weeks. And just woken up for her next feed.
Honestly its destroying me that i cant help him… just the screaming. Try to feed and he screams, wind, screams , change, screams. I moved downstairs last night so my partner could sleep as he goes back to work and i didnt want to wake him.
@Charlotte yes I know this feeling. My partner doesn't wake through it though. And I'm breastfeeding and feel so drained, and now I'm struggling to express. I don't want to end up on formula. But starting to feel really defeated now.
I just feel guilty for waking him.. he does wake and help but hes supposed to be back at work and i didnt want him tired 🥺
