Postpartum hair loss

I knew I was going to reach the hair loss stage but this is too much 😭 what are you all doing to decrease the amount of hair lost? Every day a lose minimum handful of hair, not to mention when I wash my hair... and I thank God I have a lot of long thick hair but the amount of hair I lose is very scary! Are you taking extra vitamins?

I’m in the exact same boat I just try not to brush it too much or encourage hair to come away from the scalp but it’s proving a difficult task. 😂

It's just the hair that you didn't lose during pregnancy. I don't think there's anything you can do about it really. I had a few patches at the front that were a bit thin last time but they thickened out, just in time for me to have another baby 😅

I have lost sooo much it’s awful and it started for me 3 months postpartum! I started using that glow for it hair serum and it is helping! I’m going to try the uk hair growth serum to just incase that’s better xx

@Ella I had no idea about this! I've just read it and I feel better! I thought I was losing on my normal amount of hair 😂 Thank you!!

Second time mum and I’ve started using Nioxin hair loss serum and it’s really REALLY helped. After week to reduce hair loss and now the hair growth is surreal. First time loss I had clumps falling out and it took around the 6 month plus mark for regrowth. With the serum I noticed regrowth after 2 weeks (started using 4 months postpartum)
