I have had horrible sciatica and pelvic pain (bad last pregnancy + 30 years of riding horses) I have been seeing a Chiropractor that specialises in pregnancy and also going to gentle yoga both have helped massively!
@Denise I had it with my first as well but way later. I’m 22 weeks and it started weeks ago. I did try the heating pad on my back but if anything it made it worse😫
I've had it in both pregnancies too...this time it started earlier. It definitely comes & goes. The things that work sometimes, make it worse other times! But wearing thicker-soled shoes with more support sometimes helps...and those stretches they suggest online sometimes help.
I also have it. If it just started like 2-3 days ago you can put ice on it … 15 min 3 times a day. If it started like a week ago you can put something hot! It helps! I had with my first baby, and as soon as I started with my second pregnancy now 21 weeks I did the ice thing and in 2 days the pain was gone! There is also exercise you can google and YouTube that help stretch it! 😘
