Dark grey poo?

Hi moms, Baby is having fruits puree or sometime carrots and sweet potatoes only one time per day. He’s on hypoallergenic formula and recovering from cow’s milk ladder. (CMPA). Plus, we are giving nystat for mouth thrush. Is this dark grey poo normal?! This is the second time this week
