I recommend the market side burger patties from Walmart if you don’t want the hassle of making them from scratch. I think you might need more sodium but some salty things are just addictive so you might just want it and not be deficient in anything. I also wanted burgers 24/7 and I had a girl. But I ate a lot of protein in general lmao
I’ve had both boy & girl pregnancy and I couldn’t stand fast food. I craved salt and limes. I love eating lettuce, tomato, carrots thinly sliced into a salad with a lime and salt 😅 only thing I’ll eat a large serving of. I’m also obsessed with ice and well I’m anemic lol
i craved mcdonald’s a lot in my first trimester and i’m having a boy! sadly i have no advice, i just tried my best to also eat healthier foods along with my takeaways which wasn’t ideal but it’s what worked for me. i think i gaslit myself into believing it was somewhat healthy because i would get extra pickles and lettuce on my burgers🫣
I’m currently in my 3rd trimester with a girl but my whole 1st trimester consisted of takeaways because that’s what my body wanted, started eating better 2nd trimester 😂
My pregnancy was with a boy and I craved burgers and sour stuff I also wanted ice cream all the time
@Leah ahhh I’m here for the extra pickles! That’s totally healthy and I’m here for it! 😂❤️
Both pregnancy, both boys. First: I craved spicy and sour. I craved for McDonald’s a lot, especially sodas. Second: It was a mixture. But I think I leaned towards sweets. My cravings with this pregnancy has been weird. I’m craving for random things. Lately, it’s ice cream. McFlurry from McDonald’s especially. I try not too eat food with too much salt because I get puffy/swollen.
