Colic baby or just gas?

My baby girl just turned 4 weeks old. For the past week she has become fussy after she eats. Shes combo fed breast milk and formula. Unfortunately I don't produce a lot. She will throw her whole body back then her face will get extremely red then she starts aggressively sucking on her pacifier. This lasts about 10-20 min then she will fall asleep if I pat her. Not sure what to do.

My boy started doing the same at 4 weeks, too. It was acid reflux. We have him on Famotidine (prescription Pepcid), a thicker formula (I also combo feed), and we try to keep him upright when feeding and wear him. It's not fool-proof, but it's helped significantly over the last week.

Sending you hugs. My daughter has this but is now getting over it slowly. I've visited the GP and I was given baby gaviscon. It helped a little but I also give her Biogaia(probiotic drops) once a day. It has helped her tremendous. You can also burp in between feds( midway through stop and burp then start feds again) Hold upright after feeds for 15-20minutes. You can also do some exercises to help with any gas that she has. I hope this helps praying your little girl gets well soon. X
