Over exertion

Is it dangerous to do too much? I’m an avid cleaner of my house because of my ocd and am what feels like constantly constantly on the go finding something to do. Very often my stomach goes tight and stays that way for ages and I’m worried I’ll do my back in before labour but I just can’t shake the feeling that everything has to be perfect. My husband jokes about how yeah the baby won’t be happy if the insides of the cupboards aren’t clean but I can’t explain the logic lol

All the house cleaning and chores is left for me to do, plus all the bending over and feeding the dogs. Tried to talk about it but leads to huge arguments, so I just get on with it. Just make sure you do a bit and sit down for 30 mins. This could be a room at a time or a specific activity. I can't let my house fall to a mess either.

If you feel you can do it, then it's probably okay. Just listen to your body and rest when you need to.

Yeh I get like this too, tight achey belly if I've been on the go too much! But I can't relax if the housework hasn't been done... Not that I'm a super clean and tidy person, but I know if I don't do it, it won't get done 🤦🏻‍♀️
