If you feel you can do it, then it's probably okay. Just listen to your body and rest when you need to.
Yeh I get like this too, tight achey belly if I've been on the go too much! But I can't relax if the housework hasn't been done... Not that I'm a super clean and tidy person, but I know if I don't do it, it won't get done 🤦🏻♀️
All the house cleaning and chores is left for me to do, plus all the bending over and feeding the dogs. Tried to talk about it but leads to huge arguments, so I just get on with it. Just make sure you do a bit and sit down for 30 mins. This could be a room at a time or a specific activity. I can't let my house fall to a mess either.
