I havenā€™t really got adviceā€¦ but I have the same. I find stretching it and heat works. Rest sometimes helps too but I seize up now once I sit for too long. X

Iā€™m 10 months pp from a C-section and I still get an achey back (especially where the spinal block went in). The only thing Iā€™ve really found that helps is chilling with a hot water bottle where it aches for a bit x

Omg I had it so so bad!!!!! Once i started a mom workout app (Get Mom Strong, itā€™s helped so much. Life changing. My back issues stemmed from my weak abdominal musclesā€¦ so building up my abs again and closing my diastasis has helped so much. Also being mindful of the banana back stance ā€¦ that one kills my back too!

Ice has helped in the middle of the night. The chiropractor also helps for about a day.. My Dr recommended arthritis cream and lidocaine patches but those didnā€™t help me.

Could be weak core muscles! It was so bad after my first. I started doing stretches on the yoga ball and it helped a ton. Waiting to heal some more before starting that with my second baby I just had last month.

Your back over compensates for your weak and injured abdomen. One way to alleviate this is using CSection corrections care suit. Itā€™s specifically designed to help support the core and back during unit recovery and it also will help correct the CSection overhang.
