Emotional

Hi, this is my first pregnancy and I am 29 weeks pregnant. My emotions I feel have sky rocketed and I go from crying to feeling irritable. Is this normal or should I contact my midwife? I worried if I flag mental health issues I will be watched and judged closely.

Completely normal! Funnily enough I’m also 29 weeks and experienced the same thing today. I went from crying to being angry about the lack of chocolate in the house haha xx

Honestly completely normal. Hormones are all over the place so understandable

It is normal at this stage BUT if you want to talk to them you really don’t have to worry about them watching/judging you. They are used to it and they know it’s normal. But sometimes just because it’s normal doesn’t mean you shouldn’t get help, because let’s face it, it sucks!

Very normal and a part of the hormone rollercoaster fun! I've been living with rage the last few weeks. I peaked last Friday and I was just so angry I kept crying. Today has been another fun day after my car decided not to start and I had a nursery drop off and a midwife appt to get to. I just wanted to murder my partner because obviously it's all his fault. I got myself a chai latte and a choc croissant and feel much better now 😂
