You can go the straight to it way and just cut the formula out if she likes it or you can slowly introduce it with increasing amount of cows milk until no more formula in the bottle. I read somewhere that it is still important to have milk in the diet because of the calcium content that they need for bone development. But also, there are some solid food that can give calcium but not as much as milk. I think it is 1-2 cups a day. Currently, my little one is having 2 x 50% formula and 50% cow's milk because I refuse to bin the formula. 🤣 Also, make sure to brush teeth if you offer milk before bedtime to reduce chances of cavities.
I mean, weaning her off formula will do your pockets very good. However, I’d suggest you reduce the amount of one bottle or even ditch it, and offer more food. more by reducing the amount or bottles. It’ll prevent you having a milk monster 🤣 But yes, straight to cows milk is 100% fine.
