Trust issues with my spouse

I struggle on a daily with not being able to trust my husband. I don't think he will actually physically cheat, but I feel like he will communicate and look without hesitation or a second thought! This is starting to come in between my marriage bc I constantly WORRY! Any advice......I don't know to keep living in this kind of stress and worry, but I don't want my family to split.
