Gallbladder issues postpartum
Anyone experience gallbladder problems post partum. I am 2 1/2 weekd post partum with baby #2. I had severe ab pain last night resulting in an er visit early this am. They found a polyp in my gallbladder and I see a specialist tomorrow regarding if sugery is necessary or not. I am exhausted with a newborn and now living in fear of being in that pain again from another gallbladder attack. Also, fearful of eating foods. They only told me to take ibpropen and tylenol for pain and if it gets worse ro go back to the er.. I am worried about this happening. I am lucky to see specialist tomorrow, but still scared for tonight.

@Sara Thank you. I go to a specialist today and based on my research.. I hope they just take it out..
@Hannah of course!! Good luck and that prob would be better the only pain I had after was in my shoulder from the gas they put into your belly to see

I had my gallbladder taken out 3 years ago due to gallstones I hope everything goes well and if u need any advice on the surgery if you need it let me know!! I lasted a few days after my er visit before I needed mine out (back to er)
