Feed to sleep please help

Postpartum was rough and a few days my husband would watch the babies in the morning and since then they formed a habit of feeding to sleep. They’re now 6 months old, 5 month adjustedq and i think trying to connect their sleep cycles and it’s been so tough every night. It’s like every 45 mins to an hour they fuss. I can’t do the Ferber sleep training or much sleep training because I’m alone every night with them and can’t even imagine it. Any advice. One of them fusses just to fart at night and the other cries and fusses for idk what. Please help

Sounds like they're in their 6 month regression 🫶🏻 hang in there mama. Ride the wave and it'll end when it ends

Also, I still give them a sippy of whole milk to go to sleep at naps and bed time and they're 20m old so no help there. It was never a battle I was willing to fight, I need bedtime to be as easy as possible.

Breastfeeding to sleep is the biological norm and not a (bad) habit. Even if you are not breastfeeding, allowing an infant to drink a bottle or use a pacifier to suck is an method of soothing & a reflex.
