BMI questions
Hi moms this my second pregnancy and everything with my 1st one went fine so I’m kind scared got the news that my BMI was a 40, have any of you had a high bmi and what was some concerns you guys endured while pregnant and in labor I’m kind scared and nervous. Idk how I have a bmi that high when I barely have an appetite to eat.

I was Induced around the same time with my first and everything went smooth, praying for a smooth pregnancy on both of us this time also!

I was overweight in my first pregnancy and am also overweight in this pregnancy, but I feel less pregnant this round and like I can literally do anything. They never really said anything to me but I recently got my medical records from my first pregnancy and all the notes say “obese”. Feels great lol. All they did was schedule more scans for me and this time around I asked why I was coming in so much and they said that being overweight can cause early labor? Not really sure of anything else. I was induced last pregnancy due to GD and had my son at 39 weeks 4 days so not even early. I had a really smooth induction labor and am hoping to have the same experience again.
