PP hair loss
Hey, I’m 8 weeks pp and currently getting bummed about the hair loss. I’ve posted a photo of the hair ball in the comments that I’ve lost in the shower as this is a regular occurrence, but in total I lost double this as I brushed my hair before the shower and afterwards!
Is this a normal amount to loose? Honestly feel like I won’t be left with any hair by the end of it.
I have medium length hair which is fine but I have a decent amount of it but have noticed it’s definitely thinning.
I would say I was about same as you but starting to come out the other end ...I asked a hairdresser for any tips and she said unfortunately you just have to ride it out ...I know its heartbreaking I have thin hair too but it gets better ....she did recommend maybe a scan scrub but all in all ya just got to try and look after ya hair as best ya can and cross your fingers for it ending soon 😫 xx
