Milk

So my 14 month old drinks horizon organic growing years whole milk. I told his dad he needed milk and he got him the growing years reduced fat one instead. Will that affect him?

Reduced fat won't cause any harm just better to give them whole milk for brains growth and development and they don't need any fat restrictions right now since they are growing so much between the ages of 1 to 2. Just buy whole milk again when you can 😊 (I have my bachelors degree in human nutrition and have spent 5 years in the clinical setting and work at WIC now as a nutrition educator)

It shouldn’t be a big deal, kids don’t need milk anyway. Does he eat well

it shouldn’t be a problem if he eats well. if you’re worried try more food with dairy/fat while you have it like yogurt, cottage cheese, mac n cheese etc.
