I just went in for an egg retrieval and could hear the lady before me screaming a horrific, animal being tortured type scream. I will never forget it. They wouldn’t explain to me what happened. When I went back the nurse tore up my vain trying to put it in my hand. It hurt so bad and she couldn’t get it in. She left without even saying sorry and another nurse came in as if I was inconveniencing her. She also hurt me putting it in my arm. I’ve had IVs put in multiple times for procedures and it did not hurt like that. I suspect what happened was these inexperienced nurses botched this ladies IV and she didn’t get her Anestesia. When I called the manager she said sorry we don’t have sound proof rooms, sometimes there are noises. Umm I’m not worried about the noise I’m worried about this lady in pain and I’m about to go next with no explanation!
