I didnt really have a need to cook until this year
i’ve had to cook for myself my whole life, now i cook for my family lol but i love cooking
I am still not cooking.. me and my husband are babies of the family and we always go to my husbands cousin and aunts house and I bring wine and an easy appetizer
I usually make sides or desserts but I made a whole chicken & it was AMAZING
I’ve been cooking since I moved out of my mom’s house.

I’ve always helped cook or made a dish since I could hold a spatula lol. My specialty is desserts tho, my in-laws requested the same pineapple upside down cake with a rum glaze that I made last year lol
I'm actually the oldest child of my family but I'm 19 so this is my first year having to think about what to bring to thanksgiving and I have NO CLUE 😅
I’ve been cooking holiday meals and Sunday dinners since middle school so almost 20 yrs now Since having kids now I make a dish or two instead of a spread
Millennial, the first thanksgiving I ever cooked was Covid 2020 thanksgiving and I’ve cooked ever since. So this will be the 4th year for me.
Mmm not sure what age you think millennials are lmao, I’m a 35 year old millennial and I’ve been doing thanksgiving with my husband for 13 years… my sister is 41 so she’s been at it for 20 years 😂

Ah that makes sense. Yeah I didn’t start cooking for thanksgiving until I had a child. But I had a baby young at 23! I’ll be 30 next year and I’m already at the point where I’m like I’m not cooking shit!!! 😂

I've always cooked loads of sides. I can do everything, but I can't make mashed potatoes for some reason. They are always terrible no matter what I do. But I refuse to cook the turkey and probably won't once I need to. I'll probably start ordering fried chicken
