Dealing with stress

These past 2 months have been really hard but in particular these past few days have been the hardest. It’s been one thing after another and I am so stressed and upset about everything I am physically in pain. Constant chest pain, stomach cramping, can’t breathe sometimes and I haven’t felt the baby move as much as he use to. Do y’all have any advice to try and calm down Ik this much stress is not good for baby. I’m really worried about what this will do to baby but I can call down.

Sorry you’re feeling stress 🩷 number one can you give yourself a self-care day? Do something you enjoy: go to the movies, get your nails done, lunch with a friend. As for daily stress relief maybe yoga (free prenatal yoga on YouTube) would help. I enjoy walking and listening to podcasts as my daily exercise/stress relief. I also speak with a therapist weekly and it helps so much to have a sounding board with her. I do think it’s important you bring up these concerns with your OB, they may have advice or additional resources for you. They can also monitor some of these physical manifestations of stress and hopefully reassure you that there are no problems with you or baby. Hang in there!

Go outside for a walk this will help
