Do I give more milk?
I have a 5 month old baby, who is on aptamil. He has 7 scoops of 5 feeds and has all of his feeds in a 12/13 hour period.
He used to have final bottle then would sleep all the way til the morning. But the last few nights he’s been awake crying for more milk.
Has anyone given 8 scoops? Not sure what to do as 8 scoops isn’t mentioned on the feeding guideline…

@Ally thanks lovely. I have a feeling he’s going through a growth spurt. He’s 22.5 weeks now
Ahhh my little one (6 months) has this much BUT on occasions wants an extra bottle in the night. I think it is a growth spurt/development leap so his little brain is growing some more. I tried 8oz bottles but he gets to 7oz and has a couple more sucks and wants no more 😂xx
You could always offer a couple of 8oz bottles, he will take what he wants from it and then it’ll give you an idea whether it’s that he wants more milk x
