HR question!

Are there any HR people in this group? My job is currently in Manchester, just as my maternity started I moved back south to be closer to family and have now managed to find a job down here, as they wouldn’t let me work remote it was 2 days per week in the office which just wouldn’t work. I’m due back in January and obviously need to have a conversation about leaving, my question before I do this is would my accrued but unused holiday I’ve gained throughout maternity leave be paid out? Or do you loose it because it was accrued throughout maternity? Thank you!

You are treated as any other employee, so accrued leave would be paid. They can’t discriminate because you were on Mat leave. https://www.acas.org.uk/final-pay-when-someone-leaves-a-job/how-holidays-affect-final-pay ACAS, maternity action and pregnant then screwed all have loads of info if you need it. Congrats on the new job!

Yes holiday would be paid out on leaving. Make sure to give your contractual notice
