They're the same colour as my little boys and he struggles with constipation, has done for a long time now and we've been in and out of the doctors - what is making you concerned?
@Danielle the pale colour may be because he is constipated and because he's on cows milk. I would get the GP to prescribe movocol, both my lgs were on this, my youngest currently is as she suffers from constipation and hard stools
The first 2 weeks my little boy started on cows milk it was this colour but not hard. I find his poo is harder when he has had more carbs than usual
GP told me that cows milk transition can make baby constipated at first.
If he is struggling with cows milk why not to continue on formula if he was ok on it
Ahhh that is really useful to know thank you ladies!😁 Must be the cows milk, will try reintroduce some prune purée and things like that and see what the doctor says. I stupidly Googled and read about liver disease and to contact the doctor if they have light coloured poop, was slightly worried it could have been that because he not long has been on more Calpol than we would like as advised by doctor when he was poorly xx
Has he started cows milk?
