Zero milk

My son don’t drink milk at all. He’s gone from formula to literally nothing. Is this okay? I’m really worried about it.

The nhs says 12oz of milk or 2 portions of other dairy a day 😊

My baby did this at 7 months!! My health visitor gave me some vitamins for her and she was completely fine i wouldn’t worry! Just aslong as he has cereal/yogurts etc he will be fine

I wouldn’t worry if he is getting enough dairy in his diet. Tbf I wish mine would drink less milk, I have to hide the bottle 😂

Yes it’s absolutely fine! As long as you introduce dairy in food form they don’t technically need milk. On days my LO is having yoghurts etc. I only offer the bedtime bottle but I reckon even that will stop soon x
