Worried about breastfeeding!

Hi everyone! So i’m planning on breastfeeding my baby girl when she comes but recently i’ve being seeing a lot of posts about people hating their boobs after and describing them as “empty socks”. I will be 19 shortly before my girl arrives and this is my first baby but i’m just worried about how I will feel after I stop giving the boob, can anyone give me some advice or positivity please🫶🏻 Thanks in advance !! xxx

My boobs have never been so plump 😂. This is so untrue. I’m sure you’ll love your body even more. X

Nothing a boob job can't fix 😅

@Amber Field Aw really! This gives me a bit of hope, my partner has been nothing but supportive and absolutely adores my body even more now i’m pregnant and I know he will love it even more after I give birth as he’s already told me a million times but I just can’t shake the feeling of “what if I hate myself”! You’ve really made me feel better, thank you 🩷

@Lauren if only i had the money! maybe ill start saving now😂😂x

The post partum hormones can be horrid so you could feel like that in some lower moments whether you breast feed or not! Breastfeeding can be tricky at the beginning but has sooo many benefits and is super convenient. Best of luck xx

Mine have definitely changed but I don’t regret choosing to bf. We’ve had years to know and love our pre baby bodies, it will take some time to learn to appreciate the new x

I honestly didn’t like the way I looked after I bf my baby especially my boobs but at the same time it’s a reminder Breastfeeding was one of the hardest things I done with my baby but I still loved it so much and I’m still so glad I had at least attempted it 🩷 and I will still be breastfeeding when this one comes

I think it depends what your boobs were like before pregnancy. One of my pals says hers are smaller now but she’s quite petite. Others I know have the same size boobs after bf!

If it makes you feel better I breastfed my first for 2.5 years and my boobs didn’t feel saggy at the end. Just invest in a good supportive bra xx
