My dad does the same oh my boy my joy and I'm like rolling my eyes and saying he's my boy

All 4 of my kids grandparents said this when they were younger. Now they say “my girl” “my boy” etc. Don’t let it bother you. They know you’re their mom. Just try to remember that your child is lucky to have others loving on them. Not everyone is that lucky.

Unless they're trying to get the child to call them mom which should have the kibosh put on immediately I think it's normal in the caring sense of that's my grandchild/baby. Also communication with how your feeling about this too can potentially help not just build the relationship but also she may not be doing intentionally but unconsciously

I used to get mad that my FIL did that. Turns out I just don’t like him as a person bc my MIL and my parents both do it and it doesn’t make me mad
