December baby turn November baby 🦃

My daughter (and 2nd baby) was born 11/27 day before Thanksgiving this year! Original due date 12/2. Birth went great, 2 mins pushing 2 pushes. No tears, minimal blood loss. Nurses were in shock and all asking "are you sure you're not gonna have more?!" Like wanting me to come back just to see me birth again 😂 first baby same hospital took 30mins pushing. Just thought that was fun story to share, no shame whatsoever to others who have a tougher birth. Every body is different. Anyway, here's my girl we went home at 24hrs on Thanksgiving both healthy. Good luck other mama's still pregnant, you got this 💪

congratulations 💗

congrats mama, she’s beautiful !! did you do any “prep” that assisted with your delivery ?? I’d LOVE to get my guy out in 2 pushes 🥲 been doing the red raspberry leaf tea, perineum stretches, pineapple juice, dates, yoga ball, etc.,

Congrats mama manifesting this birth for myself

Congratulations. Did you have an epidural? If not, what position did you birth her in?

@Hannah hopefully I'm not TOO late!! My bad. The biggest one was stay relaxed! Easier said, I know. I got epidural a few hours before birth and when it came time it was just preassure no pain. I waited until literally last minute for them to check my cervix and her head was already in the canal. The whole process i justvstayed relaxed and happy and im positive that was the biggest help. Trusting in your body #1. I alsoI ate dates every night a week and a half before delivery, some hip widening stretches when I could (maybe 2x a day for 5 min or less)

@Reggie I did get the epidural and birthed on my back with legs in stirrups. I'm pretty sure with epidural that's the only option. But this was my 2nd and in the same position both times. I personally think there's a lot of factors to birth positions to affect experience. Like I've heard everyone is now saying on the back is bad, but as long as you are relaxed and let baby decend as much as possible on their own and sitting upright before the pushing phase, then back is not a bad thing imo

@Linda Thank you! And I truly hope you do have a good experience for your birth! Sending love, prayers and positive vibes 💕 best of luck, mama!

@Anjie Thank you very much! Wishing you a happy birth and sending love, prayers and positive vibes💕
