Clingy child
My 2 year old is sooo clingy with me, she will have her dad next to her yet still cry out cos she only wants me. She won't even accept cuddles from her dad unless I'm out and he's no other option for her but as soon as I'm home shes back to being this way.
Anyone else have this problem? How do you cope with it?

I know it’s intense but that’s a really great sign that she has a secure attachment to you (and with her dad I’m sure). It’s really normal and she’ll grow out of it eventually. My son is the exact same and sometimes when you’re feeling particularly drained it can be difficult.

Have the same problem with my 3 year old boy. Hubby finds it very frustrating especially when he’s capable to help our son out. I love the fact he’s a mummy’s boy but I can feel overwhelmed some days. I try to involve hubby as much as possible they have got their own bond our son loves playing with hubby.
