Childcare while in labor??

Hi! There’s a very good chance my husband will still be deployed when I go into labor and at that point we’ll have a one year old who’ll need to be watched. All our family is in TX and we are in NC. No close friends. What do I do? I’m sure my mom will fly out in the drop of a hat once I go into labor but in the meantime I’ll have to have someone watch her.
